Then it's a bit confusing when their "add-ons" (Agile, Wiki, Time Tracking, Dev Hub) are things that would seem to be part of the core offering. But the eyebrow-raiser was the offering of a Wiki add-on. When was FogBugz conceived? Who uses a wiki in for employee collaboration? IMO, standard issue wiki products are no longer viable when it comes to curating, organizing, storing, and sharing company knowledge. (Yes, WikiPedia is a critical success, but technically, it's not because it's a wiki and it's certainly not a corporate application)
